Chuppah and kiddushin · Guidance for grooms and brides
In Jerusalem and across Israel
To me, every chuppah is a privilege and a calling. I get to know the couple, learn what matters to you, and lead the ceremony with warmth, precision and dignity, so that the moment stays with you for life.

About
I am the Chabad emissary in New Katamon, Jerusalem, and I officiate weddings for couples of every background and style, in Jerusalem and across Israel.
Together with my wife, Rebbetzin Hadas Ohana, we accompany couples from the first conversation to the moment under the chuppah: the Rabbi with the groom, the Rebbetzin with the bride.

Questions
How early should we get in touch?
As early as you can, ideally at least two months ahead, to leave time to meet, for guidance and for registering with the Rabbinate.
Can we have a Jewish wedding if we aren't religious?
Of course. The Rabbi officiates for couples of every background and shapes a ceremony that feels like yours.
Does the Rabbi officiate outside Jerusalem?
Yes. The Rabbi officiates in Jerusalem and across Israel. Send him your venue and date.
Is guidance only for couples the Rabbi marries?
No. You can come for guidance even when another rabbi officiates your chuppah.
